Monday, March 25 was a special night for Jerry Stackhouse. That night, Memphis, where he is an assistant coach, defeated the Lakers, who feature two players with Kinston roots (Reggie Bullock and Brandon Ingram). “It’s great because those are kids I knew when they were really young. I had an opportunity to have an impact,” Stackhouse said.
