69. North Carolina: Mack Brown is back on the sidelines in Chapel Hill and is tasked with getting this program back on track. Brown hired a pair of standout coordinators (Phil Longo on offense and Jay Bateman on defense), but the new staff will inherit a talented but inexperienced quarterback room and a defense that allowed 34.5 points per game last fall.
