Washington Releases Former UNC Linebacker Zach Brown

The Washington Redskins announced Wednesday that they are releasing linebacker Zach Brown, a seven-year veteran of the NFL who played at UNC from 2008-2011. Brown was a second-round draft pick (52nd overall) by the Tennessee Titans in the 2012 NFL Draft, and he has since spent time with the Titans, the Buffalo Bills and Washington.
