Heels consider recruiting when hiring

North Carolina football coach John Bunting heads into the first day of spring practice today with his staff vacancies filled and secure in his belief that the Tar Heels can attract the state's best high school recruits for years to come. In-state recruiting played a significant role in staff moves announced Thursday. (Greensboro News & Record)
