Pittsburgh basketball coach Jeff Capel keeps adding talented pieces. The latest recruit to jump into the fold is 2019 wing Justin Champagnie. The New York native picked the Panthers on Thursday, and he is an impressive prospect with a ton of upside. Champaigne, who checks in at 6-foot-5, is a four-star recruit and No. 111 overall in the 247Sports Composite Rankings.
