Day'Ron Sharpe, South Central win state title in front of Roy Williams

In front of his future coach, Roy Williams, Day'Ron Sharpe took center stage Saturday. The Winterville (N.C.) South Central forward dominated West Charlotte's smaller frontline at Reynolds Coliseum in Raleigh - finishing with 23 points, 13 rebounds, five assists, three blocks, and two steals - and led the Falcons to a 72-46 win, and their first state title.
