David Noel led the charge as No. 13 North Carolina handed Virginia its worst ever loss to the Tar Heels on Wednesday, 99-54. Noel, playing in his final home game, erupted for a career high 26 points, including nine points in a row early on that set the tone for a joyous night at the Smith Center. (Inside Carolina)
