UNC Players Rising Early for Spring Football

Jake Lawler wakes up at 5:45 a.m. Treatment and meetings follow. This is the life of a college football player. What is new this spring for Lawler and the other North Carolina football players is early morning practices. The Tar Heels are practicing from 9-11 a.m. this spring after previously practicing at the end of the school day. It’s been an adjustment for players.
