Tar Heels turn it on against Iona in NCAA Tournament

North Carolina flirted with its own season-ending mortality, before an inspired second half erased the danger. The top-seeded Tar Heels turned it on and dispatched Iona 88-73 on Friday in their NCAA Tournament opener in Columbus, Ohio. Cameron Johnson supplied 21 points and Nassir Little scored 19 to lead five players in double figures for UNC.
