Roy Williams Criticizes NCAA's Cylinder Rule

Roy Williams took aim at the NCAA’s cylinder rule interpretation on Monday following an inadvertent elbow that lacerated Garrison Brooks’s lower lip, knocked a tooth loose and fractured another in UNC’s win over Washington in the NCAA Tournament on Sunday. Williams, who served on the rules committee for six years, was critical of the cylinder interpretation.
