Anthony Ratliff-Williams looks to catch scouts’ attention

Anthony Ratliff-Williams had something to prove at North Carolina’s pro day when NFL scouts gathered to evaluate draft-eligible Tar Heels for next month’s selections. He hadn’t been invited to the NFL combine, so this was his chance and he wasn’t backing away from it. “I came here to work and prove I belong,” said Ratliff-Williams, a receiver and return specialist.
