Center Jesse Edwards commits to Syracuse basketball team

Jesse Edwards, a 6-foot-11 center from the Netherlands, committed to Syracuse on Friday, two sources confirmed. Edwards is currently enrolled at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. He took an official visit to the Syracuse campus earlier this week. Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt, Providence and Stanford were among the schools also interested in Edwards. (Syracuse.com)
