Julius Peppers' new passion after football

Two months after announcing his retirement, Julius Peppers is making his presence felt in ways that go well beyond football. Friday, the Panthers’ finalist for NFL Man of the Year in his 17th and final season hosted three charitable organizations at the stadium, presenting each with a $10,000 check resulting from the Sneaker Ball he hosted on Valentine’s Day.
