Roy Williams contacts former Penn State commit Justin McKoy

Class of 2019 3-star small forward and Cary, North Carolina native Justin McKoy (Panther Creek HS) was recently granted his release from Penn State after decommitting. McKoy originally committed to Penn State in September but is reopening up his recruitment. North Carolina, Wake Forest, and NC State all have contacted McKoy over the past week.
