Highlights of 2019 3-star small forward Justin McKoy from Panther Creek High School in Cary, NC. McKoy, a former Penn State commit, has re-opened his recruitment and was scheduled to meet with Roy Williams on Thursday, April 11. McKoy is considering Virginia, Wake Forest, N.C. State, North Carolina, and Tennessee, among others.
