Tar Heels football team leaves spring with questions

A few big plays were among the highlights at North Carolina’s spring scrimmage Saturday at Kenan Stadium. Those gave encouragement to coach Mack Brown, who figured the past few weeks gave an indication of where things stand with the Tar Heels. “We got exactly what we needed out of it,” Brown said. “We’re a much better team than we were Day 1.” (Burlington Times News)
