Behind Brittany Pickett's fifth complete-game shutout, North Carolina upset No. 21 Virginia Tech, 3-0 on Saturday to begin the ACC Coastal Series in Blacksburg, Virginia (Highlights). The win marks UNC's seventh ranked win of 2019 – the most ranked wins in a single season in program history. Carolina and Virginia Tech will play a doubleheader Sunday.
