No. 2 seed Virginia edged No. 3 seed North Carolina 4-3 Saturday at Cary Tennis Club in the ACC Men's Tennis Championship semifinals. The fifth-ranked Cavaliers will meet No. 4 Wake Forest, the tournament's top seed, Sunday for the ACC championship.
