UNC’s Late Hitting Clinches 3-0 Softball Win Over UNCW


Coming down to the sixth inning, North Carolina broke a scoreless game for the 3-0 shutout victory over UNCW on Tuesday evening (Highlights). RBI-singles by Kristina Burkhardt and Kiani Ramsey gave Carolina the 3-0 edge it would need for the 30th win of the season. Hannah George tossed her fourth complete-game shutout with a career high eight strikeouts. (GoHeels.com)
