UNC OL Jonah Melton Ends Playing Career Due To Knee Injury

North Carolina offensive lineman Jonah Melton has decided to retired from football due to a lingering knee injury, a UNC spokesman confirmed Tuesday. Melton will stay enrolled at UNC and focus on his career goal of becoming a strength coach. He’ll work as a student assistant in the weight room with new strength and conditioning Coach Brian Hess.
