Off-Season Look: North Carolina

After going 4-8 in their first season under former Miami and NFL head coach Butch Davis, the Tar Heels just might be contenders in the ACC. A year older and wiser, Carolina has a strong core of talent returning mixed with a talented crop of incoming newcomers. The rebuilding process is a progressive one and it appears UNC is now ready for step two. (Southern Pigskin)
