R.J. Hampton may be the best point guard in high school basketball, regardless of class. He’s an elite recruit and should make an instant impact at either Kansas, Kentucky, Memphis, or Texas Tech. Memphis jumps out as a potential favorite for Boogie Ellis. I can see USC, Oregon, and others making runs and anybody in need of a scoring guard should be reaching out. (Rivals.com)
