Three future Heels make McDonald's team

Three UNC recruits were named to the men's team – point guard Tywon Lawson, small forward Wayne Ellington, and power forward Brandan Wright – and one top Carolina signee made the women's team – forward Jessica Breland. All three players on the men's side will play on the same team (the East squad) in what will be an exciting view of things to come for Tar Heel fans. (Carolina Blue)
