Mack Brown, UNC making recruiting in the Triad a priority

Mack Brown isn’t diplomatic about the need to recruit every state in the region. UNC’s success starts here and doesn’t extend far, with a footprint he defined as “just below Atlanta to D.C.” and occasionally dipping into south Florida or going north to New Jersey. "The high school coaches are very important to us and the best players in the state staying in this state."
