Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Raymond Felton is ready to lob his Wake Forest, North Carolina mansion to a new owner. On the market for $2.2 million, the massive, 11,000-square-foot home is completely custom-built and sits on over an acre of land. “This house has literally everything,” says co-listing agent Harry Thorpe. “It’s a true estate.”
