Dascenzo: Protect the ball, perfect the win

North Carolina might be a surprising team to some with its 18 wins, including nine in the ACC. But if you're looking for something particularly impressive of late about Roy Williams' Tar Heels -- other than David Noel's career-high 25 points Wednesday night at N.C. State -- consider this: UNC's starting guards, freshman Bobby Frasor and junior Wes Miller, combined for 12 assists and three turnovers and sophomore guard Quentin Thomas came off the bench to deal five assists without a turnover in 13 minutes.
