Noel turns in career best for Heels

David Noel had the game to back it up. Critical of North Carolina State fans a day earlier, the North Carolina senior blitzed the Wolfpack for a career-best 25 points in Wednesday night’s 95-71 victory at the RBC Center. “What better timing than to play against State,” the senior forward said afterward.
