This spring, UNC Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks Coach Phil Longo went through 15 practices with two redshirt freshmen quarterbacks, Cade Fortin and Jace Ruder, and one true freshman, Sam Howell. But competition wasn't the top priority. "The No. 1 item on the agenda for the spring was for them to learn the offense, get the offense down," Longo said.
