North Carolina's Coby White is among the most intriguing players and one of those most likely to ascend on boards. Don't expect White to sit on the board longer than No. 10 to the Atlanta Hawks. He could go to Atlanta with either of their top-10 picks. While he is ranked 10th in ESPN's top 100, there's a real chance he forces his way into the top-five by June. (Bleacher Report)
