Fifteen months later, Mack Hollins is still hurt. Hollins, the Eagles’ fourth-round draft pick in 2017, won’t participate in OTAs as he continues to rehab following sports hernia surgery 15 months ago. This has been a bizarre ordeal for the promising wide receiver from North Carolina, who played in all 16 games as a rookie during the 2017 Super Bowl season.
