Redshirt freshman Luke Putkonen carried a no-hitter into the sixth in his first collegiate start, and designated hitter Tim Federowicz and outfielder Matt Spencer combined for nine hits and eight runs batted in to lead No. 4 North Carolina (4-0) to a 15-0 victory over Coastal Carolina (2-5) Tuesday at Boshamer Stadium.
