Outfielder Skye Bolt makes first start in A’s lineup

Skye Bolt had a strange week compiling frequent flier miles, but he’s not complaining, even after a red-eye flight to Cleveland last week that didn’t lead to a big-league callup and then a return trip to Las Vegas. Bolt, called up for real on Friday, made his first MLB start for the Oakland A's on Sunday against the Seattle Mariners, in right field batting eighth.
