Coach Scott Jackson returns to familiar territory as Liberty heads to Chapel Hill Regional

The emotions began the moment Liberty baseball coach Scott Jackson saw the Flames’ placement as the No. 3 seed in the Chapel Hill Regional on Monday. Jackson spent eight seasons as an assistant at UNC and considers Tar Heels coach Mike Fox a mentor. The feel-good moment took another turn when UNC Wilmington was announced as the fourth seed.
