The Toronto Raptors' Danny Green rapped his knuckles firmly against the podium he was stationed at for Saturday’s media availability. “Obviously it can’t get any worse, I don’t think,” Green said. “Knock on wood.” An offensive performance worse than a combined 21 points in six games — his production in the Eastern Conference final — is probably not in the cards.
