Cole Anthony a favorite for top shooting guard award

North Carolina freshman guard Cole Anthony figures to make plenty of award lists this summer, and Wednesday he was one of NCAA.com’s Andy Katz’s top picks to win the Jerry West Award, given to the nation’s top shooting guard. Katz notably didn’t name Anthony, who likely will play point guard for UNC, on his Bob Cousy Award list for the top point guard.
