"That was obviously a tough one to swallow right there for us," UNC head coach Mike Fox told reporters following the loss. "But my hat's off to Auburn for taking advantage and coming back to win. They're a good club. We just didn't finish the game. We obviously felt good with a 5-2 lead and one out in the eighth, but that's why you play nine innings." (Inside Carolina)
