, a 3-star defensive end from Pittsburgh's Central Catholic High School, committed to play football at North Carolina on Sunday. At 6-foot-5, 255 pounds, Beatty took an official visit to UNC this weekend, which sealed the deal. Beatty chose UNC over offers from West Virginia, South Carolina, N.C.
