UNC to face Winston-Salem State in men's basketball exhibition game Nov. 1 in Chapel Hill

Winston-Salem State will play North Carolina in an exhibition game on Nov. 1 at 7:30 p.m. at the Dean Smith Center. WSSU coach Cleo Hill Jr. said the contract was signed and sent to UNC. Steve Kirschner, UNC senior associate athletics director for basketball communications, said there's no contract in place yet, but it's possible the game will be played.
