Underclassmen who weren't picked at the 2019 NBA Draft

For the first time in the NBA Draft's history, the number of underclassmen who went undrafted topped the number of underclassmen drafted. The number appeared to be trending that way; just last year 74 underclassmen — defined here as players with remaining college eligibility — entered the draft, per the NCAA, with 40 of those players getting drafted.
