As the midpoint of college basketball’s offseason approaches, it’s time to check in on the ACC. 4. North Carolina: No. 4 overall recruit Cole Anthony will be coming in hot for the Tar Heels, but Carolina’s ceiling will closely mirror his. Although Roy Williams will be relying on a lot of new faces this season, the talent is still there to contend for a league title.
