Synthetic Turf Down Inside UNC's Kenan Stadium

The Kenan Stadium synthetic turf project is almost finished. As of June 27, all the synthetic playing surface has been laid down and all that remains is finishing touches and the coloring necessary for the endzones and midfield. The move was initiated by new head football coach Mack Brown and one of the major initial changes the Hall of Fame coach wanted to make.
