There was North Carolina's Tyler Hansbrough, twisting and turning and jumping and reaching and slashing through Georgia Tech like a knife through a stick of butter while scoring 40 points -- setting new freshman records for UNC, the ACC and the Smith Center. (Durham Herald-Sun)
