Finebaum: UNC football will be in ACC title game in 3 years

Paul Finebaum isn't backing down from his belief that North Carolina will be a force in the ACC Coastal in short order thanks to Mack Brown. The Tar Heels, infused with optimism with their new coaching staff and revitalized strength on the recruiting trail, should be able to take advantage of a wide open division very soon, the SEC Network host says.
