Tyler Hansbrough scored 40 points against Georgia Tech on 13 of 17 from the floor and 14 of 19 from the free throw line. It was the most points by an ACC freshman in history, the most points by a UNC freshman, and the most points in a game by any player on any team in a game in the Smith Center. (Tar Heel Blue)
