Meet Former UNC Football Player Allen Champagne: MD/PhD Candidate in Neuroscience

For Allen Champagne, football is more than a passion and an academic interest. After completing his undergraduate degree at UNC, as a Morehead-Cain scholar, Allen refocused his efforts toward entering the joint MD/PhD program at Queen's University so he could leverage his football expertise in order to study sub-concussive head impacts in sports.
