Jacolby Criswell, Morrilton (Ark.); committed to North Carolina. Criswell’s been a really nice surprise. A three-star recruit heading into the event, he’s been consistently ranked in the top grouping of quarterbacks across each day’s events while showing an arm strong enough to hit on sideline throws.
