Suns' Cameron Johnson won't play in NBA summer league

Cameron Johnson signed his NBA rookie contract with the Phoenix Suns but will not play in any of the team's summer league games. It's not an injury situation for Johnson, as fellow first-round pick Ty Jerome will also sit out due to a lack of practice and training time with the team. The rookies will still take part in the offseason development program.
