Brooklyn Nets Renounce Rights to Theo Pinson

The Brooklyn Nets have renounced their rights to guard Theo Pinson as a way of maximizing cap space for bigger moves. The move would not prevent Brooklyn from re-signing the 23-year-old once they’ve completed their other moves. He played for Brooklyn’s Summer League team on Friday night. It’s uncertain if he will continue to play. (Nets Daily)
