How Theo Pinson made his case for Nets roster spot

The Nets rescinded their qualifying offer to Theo Pinson over the weekend. But they liked the second-year wing so much that they signed him to a two-year deal Monday. Pinson finished with nine points Monday, and with UNC coach Roy Williams seated courtside, Pinson had another glue-guy type of game that made him one of Williams’ favorite players.
