Franz Wagner, prized international basketball recruit, is coming to Michigan

Franz Wagner is following in his brother's footsteps and coming to Michigan. The Michigan men's basketball program announced that the 17-year-old from Germany will play for the Wolverines next season. Wagner had been considering staying with his current team, Alba Berlin. He became head coach Juwan Howard's first commitment.
